Entomophilus pollen

Collected on the flowers by the worker-bees the pollen becomes entomophilus after a re-elaboration (salivary secretions and nectar). Differently from the anemophilus pollen, this one does not create allergies (excluded cases of people with verified sensibilities). The process which the pollen particle undergoes by the bee (digestive enzymes) results even stimulating for the intestinal immune defence system.

Chemical composition:
10-20 % WATER
10-30 % PROTIDS
20-35 % GLUCIDS
15-30 % LIPIDS
1-3 % OTHER COMPONENTS (vitamins, enzymes)

The pollen is the useful nourishment to integrate, in larvas diet and the adult bees, all the nutriments absent in the honey.
Thanks to this wealth and completeness of nutriments, the pollen is considered the only IPERPROTEIN MULTIVITAMINIC, MULTIMINERAL VEGETABLE RESTORATIVE existing in nature. The protein portion is formed in large part (about 50%) by essential amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, lysine, histidine, methionine, arginine, valine, threonine, glutamic acid, and tryptophan. The vitamin group is particularly completely: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B12; A, C, E, D. Mineral salts and oligoelements are present in large number: potassium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, fluorine and calcium.
The health indications are different even if the most known are oriented to the preparation of restorative protein products and for fighting status of psychophysical stress. Other properties recognized: against prostatic hypertrophy, against anaemia and lack of appetite, depression status.
